Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

cheating wife

does'nt my wife have to help me pay our mortage and all of our other joint accounts even if she lives at a different address. She moved out the 14th of nov. and has been cheating on me for the past 4 months. depleating our bank account 1,400- and still hasnt paid the mortage like she said she did.

She doesn't "have" to do anything unless the Court orders her to do so. If you want her to help with the expenses, then you need to consider bringing a divorce case to force her to do so, especially if you have proof of adultery.
