child custody case
Hi at the age of 14 dated a guy who was 28 for 5 years. At 17 I became pregnant, this guy was abusive as well as other things, there's not enough room to go into details. By his own choosing he has not visited him in almost 5 years, except for maybe once a year he comes by his school, which is very disturbing to child behavior. Do I have any right to his character judgment being that he was having sexual relationship with a minor who was only four years older then his know 10 year old son?

I am not sure what you mean by whether you have the right to his "character judgment." If you are asking whether you have to let him visit the child, the answer is no, not unless the Court has granted him visitation rights. If you don't, then he may file an action with the Court to try to get those rights, but then his actions will certainly come into play.
