child custody( contempet)

My husband and I have Joint custody of our son and upon deployment i become custodial parent. He was deployed last week and fefussed to tell me when and has left the child in the care of his step mother? What can I do from the sounds of it now that he is officaly deployed he is in my cusdoty can i go get him with my divorce papaers ( i live in mississippi)
