child custody

I have joint custody of my child with primary care being with me.In the summer her father gets 4 unconsecitive weeks with her.i would like to know if the standard weekend visitations apply during the summer.He usually gets her every other weekend and every suday afternoon. but now that summer is here the order only speaks of the 4 weeks

Does your custody order state that the four weeks weeks takes place of the standard visitation? Normally, his standard visitation would continue notwithstanding the summer visitation unless the Order specifically adddresses that subject. I would need to read your custody order to see what it says specifically. Most Court Orders state weekend visitation "and" 3-4 weeks non consecutive during the summer months. If the Order is ambiguous, you should contact your attorney to have the order clarified.
