Child Custody rights
my wife of 18 years left me and our two boys (7 & 10) last year becasue she was unhappy. i found out that she was having an affair with a married man and gave birth to his child in august 2007. how can i get custody of our two boys?

You need to consult an attorney a.s.a.p. and bring an action for divorce and custody. Further, because she has conceived and given birth to the boyfriend's child while still married to you, things will be more complicated. The boyfriend will need to be added as a party to your divorce case so that the paternity of that child can be addressed.
