child custody and support.

i live in south carolina i am an unwed father, though we did file taxes married, my daughter and her mother are moving out of state and want to deny me rights to see her, also i will be moving to a completely different state next month, what is my course of action to ensure seeing my daughter. i have no problem paying child support and have offered a really decent amount.

If you want to protect your rights with regard to your daughter, you should act now to do so, instead of waiting until after she moves. You have several different options that you could pursue at this time.
