Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

child custody

I have a 11 year old boy that is bi-polar and adhd and I have had problems with him since he was young with behavior in school and at home.He has a little sister that he beats on and He balls his fist up at me.I think that he needs to go and live with his father full time but i don't want him to think that he can come back here if he don't get his way.I want to see if i can sign over my rights so that I don't have to pay child support because I have had to fight his father for child support all these years
