Child custody/vacation

Does my son have the right to take his children from South Carolina to Texas on vacation. His ex-wife has custody, but he has visitation, an pay's child support.

You have to read the legal document that is currently in place. That is the legal document that controls things like visitation, etc.

If it is a South Carolina legal matter, you need to talk to an attorney there.

Divorce and things related to it -- like child support and custody -- is a state by state issue.
