on what basis can a father take the mother of a child back to court for full custody if he has already sighned an agreement to see the child every other weekend and every tuesday and wednesday and pay no child support also try to prove her an unfit mother when the child is supported by me (the step father) im in the army the child has her own room and what not also what is an escort it i what he had to serve my wife papers the first time?

The father can request a modification of custody and/or visitation if he alleges there has been a significant change of circumstances since the parties were last before the Court.
