Child negelect
What constitutes education negelect? Absent w/wo and excuse from mom? Tardy? just because the bell rang and they are saying the Pledge allegance? and the principle is speaking on the mike?

Educational neglect means failing to have the child properly attend school. Generally, things such as unexcused absences and/or excessive tardies are indications of educational neglect.
