child support

My daughter just finish hs and is attending Lander but her dad says when she turns 18 her cs will stop also he is in conpet of court order but dont have money to get a lawyer to take him back to court can you help

I'm not sure if your asking a question about child support or not. If the court order says that he is obligated until she is 18, then he is within his rights to spop paying at that point. As to comtempt of court, you didn't say what he was in contempt for. When an ex-spouse is not following with a court order, the proper procedure is to file a Rule to Show Cause with the Family Court.
