I assume that you mean that your license was suspended for your failure to pay child support. The notice of suspension that you received from the Dept. of Public Safety (Highway Dept.), explained what must be done to have your license reinstated -- which is typically having you bring your account current or make other acceptable arrangements with regard to the past due amounts owed.
