Child Support guidelines

I am paying child support based on SC guidelines, exwife has son in private school her choice in alabama, wants more money. was not in orriginal order, how does private school play into child support.

Typically, it does not, unless the Court determines that it is necessary, in which case the Court sometimes requires the non-custodial parent to contribute to the cost. However, the key here is whether it is legitimately necessary or not.
