child support
a man is behind on his child support.
His three kids are in their 20's, well educated and employed. What are his rights?

A support amount will not go away, once vested--once it is past the date it was due. Only a satisfaction of arrearage, executed by the other parent and approved by the Court, will eliminate the arrears.
