child support

I am paying support on three children, ages 23,19,17.all three children have left home. The 17 year old has quit school and the 19 year old has graduated H.S. and then quit tech school. My question is since none of the children live with either parent and only the 23 year old attends school what are my support obligations?

Re: child support

The general rule is that parents still have an obligation to suppor their children until they reach the age of 18 or graduate from high school.

If you have been ordered to pay support, you should consider requesting a recalculation/modification if the circumstances have changed since the obligation was established.

If you want more information, you can visit my family law blog (www.SCFamilyLaw.com) or our website (www.StevensFirm.com).

Good luck, Ben Stevens
