Child support and quitting school

My son told me he is quitting school and may or may not attend adult ed. he is 16 yrs old and his mother is going to sign for him to do so. How would child support be handled if he does quit?

Re: Child support and quitting school

Your child support obligation typically does not end until the later of 18 or graduation from high school. If you do not believe that the mother's actions are in the child's best interest, you can always seek custody.

If you need more information, you can visit my family law blog (www.SCFamilyLaw.com) or our website (www.StevensFirm.com). I wish you the best of luck.
