child support

my son turned 18 last year in October. how do I get his child support stopped that his father is still paying me (wages garnished). i told father to get it stopped but he hasn't. Help, son not in school anymore.

You should contact the Clerk of Court Child Support Payment office and notify them that your son is emancipated now. They may require you to submit proof of his age, etc. to them, but that should take care of it quickly and easily.
