child support
my son will turn 18 march 20,2007 my xwife signed for him to join the army dec.5 2006 he left for basic training jan. 8 2007 do I still bay support or is he emancipated

Unless your support order states differently, you will have to pay child support until the child's 18th birthday. As a practical matter, it wwould most likely cost you more to attempt to stop the last few payments than to simply pay them.
