Child Support Termination

My son will be 18 in July he is still in school and will be for at lest 2 more years There was no stipulation put in the divorce papers as to when child support stops. How do I go about finding out how and when I no longer am obligated to pay

Generally, child support runs until the child turns 18,or, if the Court orders it, it may continue until the child is 19 if he is still in school. The Court may also order further child support if the child suffers from certain disabilities. If there are no complications, you may be able to get a form from the Clerk of Court for your County asking the Court to relieve you of further payments after the child turns 18.
