child support

a child i havent seen or known of for 13 years. Her mom now wants support and paternity done. Is there a way to not pay support or be involved with this child? I want no rights or involvement at all.

You can choose to not be involved with regard to visitation, but if the child is yours, you will be required to pay child support for the child. There is no way to avoid it unless the child is adopted by someone else. If you didn't want to pay support, you had the opportunity to avoid it before you had sex with the mother.
