child visitation
my ex-wife left our son at 4 months and my daughter of 1 years with me and declared her freedom. she did not visit and for the last 3 years has not visited or made it to birthday parties. because she is being made to pay support, she now is trying to sue for visitation. my son knows my girlfriend as mommy and will not stay with biological mother he cries and screams to the point of sickness, how do i fight to keep her from getting visittion after 3 years of no contact w/childre?

Re: child visitation
If the case is here in S.C., the Court will probably give the mother some type of visitation with the children unless you can prove that she poses some threat or danger to them. Of course, the Court may require the visitation to be phased in or possibly even supervised for some period of time.
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
