child visitation rights
i am the mother and my ex husband just started getting my 6 yr old for visitation, he was in prison for 4 yrs she dosent hardly know him, the last order we have for visitation said he gets her 2 wks out of the summer, every other weekend and holidays, she cries and doesnt want to go, i cant stand it. we live in south carolina, what can i do to revoke any rights he has

If you want to modify the father's access to the child, you will need to file an action in Family Court to do so. In light of his being incarcerated and not having a close relationship with the child, the Court may make some changes, at least temporarily if not long term.
