Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My children's father has history of selling drugs (even have current charges pending), he smokes weed, and live a very unsafe lifestyle. I do not want my children to be around his or such activity. What do I need to do? He don't have a job, does not support them, don't have a stay place. I don't want him around my children, it is unsafe.

The best approach in these situations is typically to obtain proof of your allegations against him and then file an action with the Court to have the changes put in place -- restrict his visitation, require it to be supervised, etc.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
