Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
My children's father has history of selling drugs (even have current charges pending), he smokes weed, and live a very unsafe lifestyle. I do not want my children to be around his or such activity. What do I need to do? He don't have a job, does not support them, don't have a stay place. I don't want him around my children, it is unsafe.
