common law marriage

My fiance has ended our relationship. We live together in his home. He says I have to move out immediately. Is that tru?

IF you are common law married, then he has no more (or less) right to possession of the home than you do. If you are not common law married, then he can insist that you leave, and he can file an eviction action if you do not. Only the Family Court can determine if you really are common law married or not.
