common law marriage in SC

i have lived with commonlaw husband since 2001.now he wants me to leave and take none of our assets.i was widowed and sold my home and gave him all control over finances.now he wants me out and is getting worse

please tell me what to do

You should consider finding an experience family law attorney and filign an action in Family Court to have the common law marriage determined. At that point, you can ask the Court to allocate the assets/debts, grant you alimony, etc.
