Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
confused
I am pending a trial due to the other grandmother and her son and a friend of hers jumping on me and takeing my grandson whom I have had sence Oct 06 I have been his care giver for this time I have taken him to all medcial care and sighned him up for 4 k school but she took him so he did not get to go to school.. Is it worth my trying to get the chid back while these charges are pending or should I wait until it is all over???
