where do i download contemt forms, and how do i fill out and file these forms on my exhusband when he lives in south carolina when i live in texas

If you're asking these questions, you're in way over your head. Not everything in this world is do-it-yourself. If you're not going to get a lawyer, start studying up. The forms are available at the law library. Good Luck.

I don't know where you can download any "do-it-yourself" forms, but if this issue is important to you (as it sounds it is), then you should really consider hiring an attorney to handle the contempt action for you.
