out of control teen
How can a parent give legal guardianship of a 16yr chils to friend or god parent without having to pay child supportor going to court.

The best way to accomplish this is to file an action in Family Court to transfer "temporary custody" of the child to the third party. Both parents must be given notice of and consent to this action, and if they do, it is usually quick and relatively easy.
