custody

What are my chances of retaining custody if I as the primary custodian were to move across international borders?

Re: custody

In relocation cases, the Court looks not only at "where" you're moving, but also "why" you're moving. The Court will also look at the effect on the child's relationship with the other parent.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
