Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

custody

for my divorce my ex and i agreed to joint custody with judge browns standard visitation, the we had an emergency hearing where i recieved custody with my ex getting supervised visitation in the form of a temporery order. 1 year later i recieved a order of dismissal. does this mean the temp order is now final, or does the visitation go back to the standard visitation?

Re: custody

When a case is administratively dismissed, all temporary orders issued in that case are then null and void.
