Custody

Ex husband was granted full custody a few years ago during divorce trial.I plead guilty to adultry. 3 years later he is an unfit father and he has given me temp. custody of the youngest ( 12 )with no child support.I am stable and married 3 years.How hard would it be to get full custody?

Florida Law - That all depends on your definition of "hard". You would have to file a Modification of Custody, another legal action. This would require time, money and being able to handle another legal action. In florida, a parent would have to show a "substantial change in circumstances" to warrant a change in custody. In your case show the judge how your life has changed for the better and how your ex's life has changed for the worse. You may even begin with asking your ex if he would agree to the change.
