Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
i have custody of my kids but am staying with my baby's daddy's parents and they are kicking me and my ex out on the 31st but he said they are going to take the kids from me or they won't let me leave with them i don't have a place at this time what are my rights? i have a friend that said i can stay with her till i get my place in two weeks but i don't want to leave my kids if i go and i want them to come with me do i have the right??

Unless they have or obtain some type of Order, then they cannot prevent you from taking your children with you.
