Custody and moving

My ex-husband and I have joint custody, if I wanted to move an hour and a half away could I get custody of my daugthter during the week and let him have her on the weekends?

"Relocation" cases involve many different issues, and they can be especially complex. Generally, the Court will look at the distance of the move, the reason for the move, and the impact on the other parent and his/her relationship with the child.
