Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My Dad and stepmother are filing for Divorce after 13 years , She has checking and savings account acquired while they were married only in her name, Dad has a checking account acquired while married and it has his name , my name and her name on it . What I need to know how will each account be divided and will his account be divided in a 3 way instead of a 2 way split and will her accounts be split in equal divisions . She wants half of his account saying I'm out of the picture. What do you think ?
