Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
My daughter is 7 years old and her father is now wanting custody of her. We have a temporary hearing next monday and he is accusing me of being in a homsexual relationship with my roomate that has resided with us for 4 years. He has never had a problem with my roomate living with us, and he has been well aware of the living situation. He also accused me of locking my child in the house and in the car by herself causing her to have an anxiety attack. None of this is true. What are the odds of him receiving custody at the tempory hearing?
