Deadbeat parent
I would like to know when is a deadbeat parent concederd a deadbeat? In my case the parent left before child support could be obtained.I would concederd that to be a dead beat.
I would like to put fliers out in our town with he's pic
on it saying dead beat dad call with any information on were abouts of this person. But i would be sued.

"Deadbeat" in this context is more of a slang term than a legal one. Generally speaking, the term means a person who is not financially supporting the child. I assume that you have a already obtained a child support order. If you have not, then that is your first step. After that, you need to take the appropriate steps to have the parent located and then have the order enforced.
