Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
I have decided to leave my husband we are still living together. I am currently living in south carolina and have onlybeen here fo nine montbs. I want to take my son and move to arizona. Now my husband is saying he wont let me take my son. Can i take my son and leave without my husband knowing or is it kidnapping and will i get in trouble or will this look bad when we do go to court to fight fo custody?
