can a defendant or plantiff sew spouses sexual freind

If a man was cheating on his wife. Can she sew the girlfreind for money due to breaking up there marriage?

South Carolina abolished criminal conversation and alienation of affection some time ago. If she lives in a state that still recognizes these legal theories, she may be sued in that state if any acts occurred there. If they traveled to another state together that recognizes those theories, you may be able to bring an action that way also.
