Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

If department of social services has a alligation saying your on drugs an you passed a drug test an a hair test. Why should they have the right to make you take drug classes if they are not court oredered?

DSS believes that it can do whatever it wants, and it will get away with it UNLESS you stand up to them and hire an attorney to protect your rights.
