Dissolution of Sibling Ties

Is it possible to legally dissolve ties with a sibling and the sibling's children?

This is an interesting question. There are very few "legal ties" with siblings to begin with, and even less with their children. Therefore, I am not sure what it is that you are actually wanting to accomplish.
