dividing property
My ex-husband and I got back together for approx. 9 mos. He lmoved out and eft a tv and some other items. It's been 2 years and he wants the items back. Do I have to give them to him?

Without knowing more information it is not possible to answer your question. If those issues were not addressed by the Court, then it is still subject to being addressed by the Family Court. If you were already divorced, then he can file a claim and delivery action in Magistrate Court to seek their return.
