Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I am currently going through a divorce and me and the ex have agreed to have 50/50 custody. When doing that do you have a primary placement?

Most judges will not require a primary/secondary designation, though some do. The importance of this designation will depend on how specific your agreement is with regard to all of the child-related issues.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
