Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Divorce forms

I went to court on April 20, 2007 and thought I had all the forms that I needed. After the Judge stated that I have 30 days to mail to him and e-mail from my wife, which I have, a divorce decree (I have that also) and a vital statistics report. I have talked to everybody I can get to listen, even the people at vitial statistics on Bull street and nobody claims to know what I am talking about. Where do I go from here. that is the only thing I need tocomplete this action. thank you for your help.

Re: Divorce forms

The form you are most likely referring to is a DHEC Vital Statistics form. You can probably get one from your local clerk of court's office, as that is where we get ours. Good luck.
