my friend sparated over a year....wife agreed to sign divorce papers to use insurance to go to doctor....wont sign.....ran up medco acct....he is diabetic....cant get the meds he needs now....she is on workers comp.....wont look for another job.....she left him.....he wants out of marriage ...neither can afford an attorney......how can the marriage be dissoved....
