Can I get grounds for a divorce on abondament,since my spouse,the father of my three children walked out on uis June 20,2006.or Do I still have to wait the full one year?

In order to pursue a divorce on desertion (abandonment), you have to prove the following:

1. He is gone for more than one year; and

2. You don't know where he is during that time.

For those reasons, that ground is rarely if ever used. You will most likely want to pursue a legal separation, which can be filed now and will address almost all the issues that a divorce would.
