Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Divorce

my husband who was born and raised in philliy ,but has not live there for over ten years, has flied for divorce

in that state. but we live here in south carolina, He's active army. been married for ten years,no kids. Is he

allowed to do that.

If you have both lived in SC for three months, then SC will have jurisdiction to grant the divorce/separation.
