divorce from incarcerated spouse
Do I have to provide a guardian ad litem for my husband who is in prison for child molestation of my children?

In some cases, it is necessary to have a GAL appointed for an incarcerated person, but it can typically be avoided by simply having him transported to each of the hearings.
