divorce laws

I have been seperated from my husband 7 years. Do i still have to file for a divorce. If so what is the cheapest way to do this.

If you want to be divorced, either you have to file for divorce or get your husband to do so. The "cheapest" way to do this is to file it yourself, but that is usually NOT the "best" way, as there are many, many pitfalls and problems that can arise from trying to represent yourself.
