Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

divorce

I have been trying to get a divorce but i now live in South Carolina, he still lives in Maryland where we were married. how do i get a divorce i need help i just want it to be over. we have one child but he lives with me and my soon to be ex is fine with that we have nothing to fight over i own every thing and that is fine with him to. I want a divorce as soon as posible

If your husband cooperates and consents to SC having jurisdiction, then you may be able to pursue it here. Otherwise, SC might only have jurisdiction over the divorce and custody issues, and MD may still have jurisdiction over the other issues.
